These certifications represent significant achievements and demonstrate the ongoing commitment of our team to professional development. Each certification enhances our collective expertise and reinforces our dedication to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

A look back: Our certification program

In June 2019, we launched the Futurice Certification Program. This program was designed to support the continuous professional development of our employees by offering access to over 80 industry-recognized certifications. As of November 2024, we have certified over 300 Futuriceans with more than 1,000 industry-recognized certificates since June 2019, and we have invested over €400,000 in training and exam costs.

Through this initiative, we ensure that our team members have the resources and support they need to advance their skills and careers. This not only benefits our employees but also strengthens our partnerships and the quality of our services.
